Custom Products

At Saskatoon Tees, we specialize in creating custom T-shirts and sweatshirts tailored to your preferences. Given the custom nature of these products, all orders are non-refundable and non-returnable. Before placing your order, please ensure all details are correct (e.g size , color, other apparel details).

Sizing Issues

If the size ordered does not fit, we do not offer refunds or replacements. A new order must be placed if a different size is needed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but is lost or stolen, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement. A new order must be placed for replacement.

Wrong Shipping Address

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is entered at checkout and the package is returned to us:

We will notify you once it arrives back. You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost to resend the order

If We Made an Error

If we made an error with your order (wrong item, wrong print, or damaged due to production), we’ll fix it at no extra cost.

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include photos if applicable.
